He is a leadership and career coach, expert in providing solutions and asking powerful questions. Jorge assists people who want to develop their full potential and achieve their dreams and goals. He works with working professionals, executives, business owners, students, and entrepreneurs, on one-on-one or small group settings.

Jorge brings an eclectic mix of business, non-profit, public speaking, and leadership experience to Leadership Fuel. Jorge has owned and operated several businesses over the last 15 years and held positions at Grey International, J. Walter Thompson, FBC-Westchester, and the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. Regardless of his role, Jorge is well-known for providing innovative and fresh creative strategies.

His vision and keen insight have helped many individuals and executives discover the right path for their organizations as well as for themselves. He has invested most of his life in helping people thrive and start their own businesses. As a coach and consultant to organizations, Jorge has helped many leaders discover the keys to flourish in life, not simply survive or go with the motions. As an innovator and change agent, Jorge provides solutions, perspective, direction, and clarity to individuals committed to personal growth and development in all areas of life.

Jorge was and raised in Puerto Rico by Cuban and Argentine parents and lived in Louisiana, California, Italy, and currently in NYC. In his spare time, Jorge loves traveling, watching films, reading, writing, cooking, and playing music, tennis, soccer, and golf. He enjoys learning new things, teaching, networking, and seeing people grow. In his own words, "I love life and people. Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing, aha! moments, in people's lives."
